The Energy is Edmonton's first pro basketball team going into their third season in the IBL (International Basketball League). The team features an array of talented players from across North America who you could have seen play locally, in NCAA Div 1, or in various leagues over seas. The team has announced a new head coach this year in former player Skouson Harker and a new General Manager in Rick Stanley (former coach at Jasper Place High School). The team plays their home games at the U of A main gym and plays and starts the season off in Albany, New York May 13.
